Who looks after your data

The data controller is Zap Brabo Technology LTDA, CNPJ 66.000.756/0001-49. You can reach our data protection officer at contato@zapbrabo.com.

What we collect

From the form: your name, your email, whether you're joining as an individual or a company and, if so, the company name.

We also keep your sign-up date, to hold your place in line, and the language of the page, so we can write to you in the right one.

What we use it for

To tell you when Anyvalley opens, to respect the order of the line and, after that, to send you news about the city. Nothing else. Our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or share your data. It's stored on the server we rent from Hostinger, which only provides the site's infrastructure.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it. We keep using the list after the opening to send news about the city, and you can leave whenever you like: just write to contato@zapbrabo.com from the email you signed up with.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Just write to contato@zapbrabo.com from the email you signed up with.

If you think something's wrong, you can also file a complaint with Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).

Cookies and third parties

The waiting list page uses no cookies or analytics tools, and its fonts are served from our own server.

As with any website, the host records technical access data such as IP addresses. The city tour video, once it's published, only loads from YouTube if you click to watch it: from then on, YouTube's policy applies.
